Perforated Metal Sheet
Perforated plate or perforated screen, is a metal plate that is punched or punched manually or mechanically using CNC technology or in some cases laser cutting to create different hole sizes, shapes and patterns.Materials used to make perforated metal plates include stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, brass, aluminum, copper, Monel, inconel, titanium and alloy steel etc.
Perforated Metal Hole Patterns
Standard Round Holes Perforations
Straight Line Round Perforations
Optional Round Perforation
Square Staggered Perforations
Straight Line Square Perforations
Hexagonal Staggered perforations
Ornamental Perforations
Side Staggered slots
Straight line rectangular
End Staggered Slots
Material
Aluminum perforation: light weight for use in many aerospace applications
Stainless steel perforation: used in corrosion resistant applications
Brass perforation: easy to work with and spark resistant
Titanium perforation, Nickel perforation and alloy steel perforation.
Hole Shape
Round hole perforation is the most common, square holes typically have a greater open area, decorative pattern and slotted holes for specialty applications. Many other alloys are available for your application including copper, titanium, Inconel, Monel, ect.
Sheet Thickness
The sheets thickness ranges from 0,5 mm to 15 mm, but it is possible to perforate aluminium sheets up to 20 mm.
Application
Perforated metal can be used for the absorption of the ceiling, wall of sound network, the speaker mesh sound material. It also can be used for building stairs, balconies, environmental tables and chairs beautifully decorated plate. Perforated metal mesh is also widely used in the electronics industry, such as the sound of the dust-proof enclosures.
