S14541 wire mesh

S14541 wire mesh as called( SS 321 wire mesh ) is one kind of austenitic stainless steel.Compared with 304 or 306 stainless steel mesh, 321 stainless steel wire mesh contains Ti. So corrosion resistance of the mesh is more stable.

Characteristic of S14541 steel

1,In the S14541 steel , Ti is a stabilizing element, also is a heat-strength steel, which is much better than 316L in high temperature. S14541 steel is used in organic acids and inorganic acids of different concentrations and temperatures, especially in oxidation.

2,S14541 steel  is Ni-Cr-Ti austenitic stainless steel, its performance is very similar to 304, Because the addition of titanium metal, it has better resistance to intergranular corrosion and high temperature strength and it effectively controls the formation of chromium carbide.

3,S14541 steel  has excellent high temperature stress breaking (Stress Rupture) performance and high temperature creep resistance (Creep Resistance) stress mechanical properties are better than 304 stainless steel.
